Return policy

Thank you for buying at Crystal De Origo. Customer satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Please simply follow these guidelines:

General Conditions

  • Products must have been purchased directly from www.CDO365.com. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. Please return those to the store or outlet where purchased.
  • All returns or exchanges must be preapproved by our Customer Service Team.
  • Returned or exchanged items must be new, unopened, and undamaged.
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of order date if the product does not meet your reasonable expectations.
  • A minimum $8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your return or exchange. The actual shipping fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • We will make a determination, in our reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you and used as intended.
  • Requests for refunds and exchanges will be reviewed and determined on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right, in our reasonable discretion, to refuse to refund or exchange any product.
  • We cannot accept returns on used products. If your product was damaged in transit, you may request within 30 days of your purchase that the damaged product be replaced.
  • Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.
  • Products as part of a kit or pack cannot be returned separately.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

How to return a product:

  • 1. Email us at info@CDO365.com within thirty (30) days of the date of your purchase with the following information:
    1. Date of Purchase and order number
    2. Product Name and quantity you wish to return
    3. Reason for Return (if your product was damaged in transit, please attach pictures for our review).
  • 2. Our customer Service team will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to your request within 2 working days. We reserve the right, in our reasonable discretion, to refuse to refund or exchange any product. If your request is approved, we will send you the prepaid label with the address to which you should ship the product(s) you wish to return.
  • 3. Carefully pack the product(s) into a standard box and include the original invoice or a note with the order number and purchase date. Affix the prepaid label and take the package to any drop-off location of the courier shown on our pre-paid label.
  • 4. We will proceed with the refund with a credit that will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 working days as of reception of the package in our facilities.
